Work at Mercy

Life at Mercy

Known for its academic excellence, welcoming community and positive environment, faculty and staff at this faith-based, college preparatory school are dedicated to each student's success.  With a 13 to one student to faculty ratio, the faculty have an opportunity to know their students, practice differentiated learning approaches in presenting curriculum and realize increased engagement, with critical and practical thinking.  More than 60 percent of the faculty have earned Master Degrees or higher and are top in their fields. The high energy atmosphere of the all-girls school is contagious and most of the faculty and staff have worked at the school for numerous years because of the professional and fulfilling work environment.

The community spirit is complimented by a comprehensive benefits package and caring leadership. Professional development is encouraged and departments work on team projects.  In addition, faculty have the summer off and staff work reduced hours.  Mercy is a place where you will be challenged, engaged and fulfilled.
