Head Volleyball Coach Wanted at Mercy High School

Mercy High School is seeking an experienced, passionate, and dedicated Head Volleyball Coach to lead our team to new heights! We are looking for a dynamic leader who can inspire and develop student-athletes both on and off the court, fostering a positive team environment and commitment to excellence.

Position Details:
- Job Title: Head Volleyball Coach
- Location: Mercy High School
- Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute effective practice sessions that focus on skill development, teamwork, and strategy
- Lead the team in competitions, providing positive guidance and in-game adjustments
- Develop and implement strength and conditioning programs
- Maintain open communication with students, parents, and school administration
- Uphold and promote values of sportsmanship, respect, and integrity
- Oversee offseason conditioning for student athletes 
- Manage specific events - Open House, Summer Camps, Etc.

Qualifications:
- Previous volleyball coaching experience (high school coaching experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of volleyball techniques, strategies, and rules
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
