Donation Requests

At Mercy, service is at the heart of who we are. Rooted in the values of the Sisters of Mercy, we are committed to caring for our community and supporting organizations that make a meaningful difference. Because we receive many requests for donations throughout the year, we ask that all applicants follow the guidelines below. These guidelines help us thoughtfully and equitably distribute our support to as many organizations as possible.

• Submit Online: All requests must be submitted through our official donation request form to keep our review process fair and efficient. Please note: Submitting an application does not guarantee approval, as funding and inventory are limited.

• Annual Limit: To ensure we can reach as many groups as possible, organizations may receive a maximum of two approved donations per fiscal year (July 1 – June 30).

• Advance Notice: Requests must be submitted at least 30 days prior to your event date to allow adequate processing time.

If your request aligns with our guidelines and is approved, our team will reach out using the contact information provided on your form. If we are unable to fulfill your request, we will send an update explaining why.
