Mental Health Program

Mercy has a partnership with Catholic Charities and their School Mental Health Program. We have a therapist who comes into our building to meet with students on a regular basis during the academic school year.  This allows the students to receive the mental health services they need without having to the leave the building.  Additionally, this service is currently provided to our students at no additional cost to the family.

Our therapist, Shelby Varilek, typically will be in the building on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.  Appointments are generally scheduled during a student's study hall, but occasionally, they may be pulled from a class to meet with Shelby.

If you think you may be interested, or in need of support, please contact Mrs. Powers or Mrs. Driml-Powers so that they can speak directly with you about your options.
