The Suscipe of Catherine McAuley
Teach me to cast myself entirely
into the arms of your loving Providence
with a lively, unlimited confidence in your compassionate, tender pity.
Grant, O most merciful Redeemer,
That whatever you ordain or permit may be acceptable to me.
Take from my heart all painful anxiety;
let nothing sadden me but sin,
nothing delight me but the hope of coming to the possession of You
my God and my all, in your everlasting kingdom.
Join us at FIESTA 2020!
With the new year right around the corner, many of us have shifted our thoughts to resolutions. One of the goals at the top of my list is to devote more time and presence to the people in my life. FIESTA offers the opportunity to reconnect with my Mercy sisters and strengthen the bonds built years ago while assisting current Mercy girls in establishing their own Mercy legacy! Will you join me and other Mercy friends at FIESTA 2020 on February 29th at the Omaha Marriott Downtown at the Capitol District? Registration is open now at mercyhigh.org/fiesta so gather the Mercy supporters in your life and enjoy a wonderful evening of fun and friendship!
Wishing you all the best this Christmas season,
