Shadowing at Mercy is an essential part of our application process. The visit gives your student a valuable chance to experience our school by attending classes, interacting with our teachers, and spending time with fellow students. Each shadow student is warmly welcomed by a dedicated Mercy student and/or Student Ambassador who will guide the student through the day's classes. Shadow students are included in all class activities.

Register for the 8^th Grade High School (HSPT) exam on Saturday, January 10^th from 8:00a.m.-11:45a.m. at Mercy High. Your student needs to take the exam at Mercy High if they are wanting to earn a potential academic scholarship.

Students may take it at another school and still attend Mercy High. If you did take the exam elsewhere, once you receive your scores, please send them to Director of Admissions & Recruitment, Sammi Marousek, at marouseks@mercyhigh.org

If your student did not take the HSPT Exam, please do the following:

• Apply to become a Mercy Girl
• Schedule a meeting with Director of Admissions & Recruitment, Sammi Marousek, to have your daughter take the Mercy High Exam & Interview.
• Our Admissions Team will then contact you if Mercy is the best fit. If so, we will schedule another meeting to schedule classes.

It's important that applicant families remember to review and submit the checklist items included as a part of the application form. Required checklist items will vary depending on the applicant's grade level. Checklist items are outlined when you begin the application using our process management platform, FinalSite.

o    Records Request Form- School records should be requested, and sent directly from, the student’s current school. Transcripts for the previous year and first semester of the current year, attendance records, teachers’ comments, and standardized testing results should be included, as well as any 504 Plans or Individual Education Plans.
